Aims

Our aims are simple and achievable:

• To nurture each student to improve their confidence, self-belief, and sense of achievement.

• To provide high quality performance experiences where students develop a professional attitude and an understanding of working expectations within a rehearsal and performance environment.

Content

Whilst working on performance material we will cover training in skills across the art forms, including music, drama, dance, improvisation, creative tasks, performance and presentation.   We also hope to have occasional workshops from guest teachers.

You will find:

• Individual attention where each student matters.

• All students will participate in a range of performances including full-length shows.
  
• A high level of experience from teaching staff with extensive knowledge of musical theatre.
  

Importance of Performance

We believe that studying the art of performance is an extremely valuable tool that provides transferable skills.  These include:

• the ability to speak in front of an audience, 
• teamwork
